Local beekeepers, urban gardeners, sheep shearing, and wool spinning will all be part of the many attractions. Tour the green buildings, explore the trails and learn what you can do to improve the health of the planet. $2 per person. Donations will be gratefully accepted. Friday, June 21, 2013. Held close to the summer solstice, this 8 a.m. salute to the sun benefits the Ogden Nature Center's environmental education programs and our 152-acre nature preserve. The one-hour breakfast ushers in summer with a beautiful setting by Mother Nature, inspirational words from the Board of Directors and a gourmet breakfast catered by one of our favorite local chefs.
