Kick off cold and flu season by learning to make one of herbalism’s most iconic remedies! In this class, we’ll explore the history of fire cider, the herbs, roots, citrus, and spices that give it its signature kick, and how each ingredient supports wellness throughout the colder months. Before we start crafting, you’ll have the chance to sample a shot of homemade fire cider (if you’re feeling brave!) so you can experience this traditional herbal remedy firsthand. Then you’ll build your own custom batch to take home and infuse. Participants will take home: A jar of your custom handcrafted fire cider, a recipe and educational handout, and the knowledge and confidence to make fire cider for years to come. Whether you’re brand new to herbalism or looking to add another staple to your home apothecary, this class is a fun way to celebrate the season while creating something both practical and delicious.
