Pituophis catenifer deserticola

Harry is ONC’s most active snake and is very popular at Outreach Programs. Harry was brought to the ONC in late 2010 by a woman who kept him as a pet.  Harry took a  vacation in Southern Utah in 2018. He escaped his travel carrier and hid somewhere inside a Bed and Breakfast for 6 months. Teams of people searched and searched for  him but had no luck finding him. One day as a family was checking out of the Bed and Breakfast they found him sitting on the stairs. He returned to the ONC in the spring of 2019.
